All materials used are waste and expertly assembled in my East London studio with my manicured hands. French seams are used without to ensure a lightweight and luxury finish.

A little story about this fabric.

I had some pieces of waste bamboo silk that I wanted to dye so bought a Dylon dye tub that you just chuck into the washing machine. Unfortunately, the washing machine at the time wasn't working so I had to come up with a plan on the fly.

I decided to layer the pieces of bamboo in-between scatterings of dye and then steam them as you would with digitally printed fabrics. The dye in combination with the reactive coating on the fabric resulted in the astounding galaxy print that's now embedded into the fabric.
